in Europe and Beyond

We have a very simple process to start the booking of a tour - download one of our booking forms, fill it in and send it back to us. You can use either of the booking form formats below:

Word Booking Form

Download the Word file, complete it electronically and email it back to

PDF Booking Form

Download the pdf file, complete it by hand, then scan and send it back to or post it to us, or take a really good quality photo of the completed form.

Payment Methods and Timing

Currency: All of our tours are priced in UK pounds (£)

Payment timing: Soon after you submit your booking form, we will send you an invoice for payment of the deposit (£300 per motorcycle). Later, we will send a second invoice for the balance of the cost of the tour, which is payable 3 months before the tour start date.

Payment methods: The only method of payment we accept is bank transfer. We will however accept credit card payments by special arrangement.

Detailed tour information: Will be sent to you in the months and weeks before the tour start date.

Rental Motorcycles (for Europeans tours): Even though we will help with the rentals if needed, payment for any rental bikes is made direct by you to the renter.


Rental Motorcycles (for USA tours): Tour1 arranges and pays for the rental motorcycles. The cost is included in the tour price.

Motorcycle shipping information (one way tours): If you are booking a one-way tour to a motorcycle rally, we will send the relevant forms you need to complete and send to We Move Bikes for the shipping of your motorcycle to the UK. This aspect is dealt with directly by them and you will be contacted by WMB about two weeks before the tour start date to confirm the arrangements. They will also collect the cost of the motorcycle shipping insurance direct from you, dependent on the value of your bike.
